Sustainable Decking
Berwick
The half-moon shaped deck located adjacent to the pool complements what was already a beautiful space. The single step up gave the impression of a slightly elevated platform, a perfect spot for lazing around while relaxing underneath the tropical palms.
Ringwood
Contrasting board colours made it super easy to see the deck edges and step treads. Deck lights located on the risers enabled the treats to be seen clearly at night while additional light highlights the deck edge.
One of the most realistic composite boards on the market, so you can see why this board is fast becoming very popular.
Elsternwick
Look past the lack of landscaping and focus on the deck. This was one tough challenge. Curving decking is something we enjoy doing, but when it came to curving a millboard deck, that was next level.
Brighton
The client's brief was low maintenance, sustainable, and beautiful. A long walkway connected the front to back of the home. One step up at the end of the runway, and bang, straight into the and the backyard.
Hawthorn
This once concrete pad is now an inner-city oasis. BBQ, outdoor kitchen and sitting area is all that's required for a family of 2 who wants to make the most of their private space.
Malvern East
We used a timber pendulum to create the radius and transferred that to some yellow tongue flooring where we created the same radius and mould. Once that was done a board was heated, laid in the mould and curved. Once cooled, that board formed the outer edge of the deck.
Mont Albert
What a transformation. A once old iron bark 32mm thick decking board covered this space.
We kept the structure, laminated a new joist next to the existing, add protection to the joists and rebuilt it better than ever.
Mount Martha
A once dilapidated, unsafe entry deck, has been fully restored, given the home fantastic street appeal, and a space that the family can enjoy views of Port Phillip Bay.
Mount Martha Luxury
It’s not until you see the after picture you appreciate this amazing space.
Millboard Golden Oak boards were used to transform the old tired deck into this tropical paradise.
Carnegie Dreamtime
Millboard's beautiful Ashwood colour nearly perfectly matched the internal flooring, so when the massive sliding doors were rolled back, outside and inside became one.
